KidStrong Warehouse Location: 718 Greenville Ave. Allen, TX


Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate II/III plays a vital role in the efficient operation of the KidStrong Equipment warehouse, working closely with the Equipment & Supply Chain Manager. This position involves receiving, inspection, and organization of inventory, as well as maintaining accurate records of stock levels using NetSuite WMS. The Warehouse Associate ensures products are safely stored, prepared for shipment, and loaded for delivery in a timely and organized manner. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment are essential for success in this role.

Level II vs. III designation will be based on experience, certifications, and demonstrated ability to work independently on complex tasks.


Job Duties:

  • Assist the Equipment & Supply Chain Manager in managing all warehouse activities including:
    • Operating a forklift during receiving and shipping processes
    • Performing light assembly of products as required
    • Picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring they are processed quickly and accurately
    • Receiving and inspecting returns and authorizing replacement parts as needed
    • Providing basic customer service support activities, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to orders
    • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment through daily cleaning and proactively identifying opportunities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts, and updating systems as necessary
  • Ensure products are safely and efficiently stored, prepared, and loaded for delivery
  • Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
  • Support the Equipment & Supply Chain Manager on calls and communications
  • Provide thoughtful solutions to reduce warehouse bottlenecks and organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and team goals


Job Requirements:

  • Ability to learn, or already have, forklift certification using a reach truck
  • Successfully manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Communicate with manager and vendors confidently/clearly and inspire confidence
  • Attention to detail in performing tasks such as inventory management, order picking, and product inspection to ensure accuracy and prevent errors


Professional Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of warehouse operations, inventory, and supply chain management
  • Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably NetSuite WMS, using PC and RF units
  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, data entry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs regularly
  • Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise


Schedule & Overtime:

  • Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm
  • Overtime may be required during peak periods; position is non‑exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law
