About the Role:
Join KidStrong Soho as the General Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic team dedicated to empowering children through physical and mental development. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our innovative programs in a vibrant community setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and engaging environment for children and families.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and program quality.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase enrollment and community engagement.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics to drive business growth.
- Foster relationships with parents and community partners to enhance program offerings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Organize and facilitate events to promote KidStrong’s mission and values.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the KidStrong experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role within the education or child development sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents and children.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
- Passion for child development and a commitment to fostering a positive environment.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives.
- Relevant certifications in child development or management preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation: $80.00 - $120.00 per year
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
