- Develop multi-year growth plans that increase revenue, profitability, and member engagement.
- Identify new event offerings, partnerships, and business opportunities to expand event revenue.
- Set annual revenue targets, pricing strategies, and KPIs for all event programs.
- Build and own conversion strategies that increase the percentage of event attendees who become long-term members.
- Design and deploy strategies for member conversion and retention.
Operational Excellence & System Development:
- From the ground up, build scalable processes, playbooks, and operating standards used across all centers.
- Partner with Operations to ensure flawless execution, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by analyzing performance data, franchisee and member feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety, staffing, and facility guidelines across all event formats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing to develop compelling campaigns, content, and demand-generation tactics.
- Partner with Sales to drive event conversion strategies and elevate the member journey.
- Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, unit economics, and P&L optimization.
- Coordinate with Product/Programming teams to enhance curriculum and experience quality from booking through event execution.
Center Support & Network Enablement:
- Equip centers with tools, training, and resources to execute events effectively.
- Provide guidance to franchisees on best practices and performance expectations.
- Create systems to monitor center compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Performance Management & Analytics:
- Drive data-backed decision making through robust tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
- Monitor key performance metrics and intervene quickly when results drift.
- Define and execute contests and incentive programs for Franchisees that drive results.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in leading teams responsible for large-scale service operations, particularly in the franchise environment.
- Proven experience in developing and managing non-recurring revenue streams, such as camps, birthday parties, or other events in a franchise or multi-location business model.
- Strong background in franchise operations, business development, and driving growth initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Ability to lead and influence teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative, results-driven manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights effectively to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing the big picture with day-to-day operational needs.
- Proven track record of creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking to overcome challenges and drive growth.
- High energy, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
DNA / Core Competencies:
- Data-Driven: Leverage data to make informed decisions, measure performance, and continually improve revenue strategies.
