Marketing Coordinator – L5 Be Brave
Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 Base + Bonus up to 10% Annually (criteria TBD)
Benefits: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage
Location: Remote (Limited travel – less than 20%)

Job Summary

As a brand ambassador, the Marketing Coordinator supports the promotion of our KidStrong Franchise and its offerings to current and prospective members. This role is responsible for clear and effective communications across multiple channels to drive client acquisition and long-term member retention.

Experience Required

  • 1+ years of direct marketing experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

  • Experience using Meta Business Suite

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and applications is a plus

  • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus

  • Fitness industry experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Campaign Scheduling and Execution

  • Schedule and execute monthly promotions, grassroots campaigns, and perks partner initiatives

  • Ensure all activities align with the marketing calendar

Marketing Administration

  • Manage content calendars across email, text, and social media

  • Track and follow up on campaigns to ensure timely delivery and performance

  • Distribute monthly promotion guides and weekly updates to centers

  • Serve as a primary marketing contact for General Managers and center leadership

  • Ensure local execution aligns with corporate brand standards

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance (email, text, display, social)

  • Manage the Basis dashboard and oversee daily lead/unit reporting

Social Media Community Management

  • Collaborate with SVP of Operations and center leadership on content planning

  • Post diversified content to drive engagement and conversions

  • Support centers with organic engagement efforts

  • Monitor and optimize social ad performance and community response

  • Stay current on emerging tools, trends, and platforms

Grassroots Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate hyper-local grassroots initiatives and events

  • Partner with center teams to execute monthly outreach campaigns

  • Drive lead generation through referrals, cold outreach, partnerships, and events

  • Support new business through perks partnerships, corporate accounts, and on-site enrollments

  • Attend Chamber events as needed

  • Travel to support center growth efforts 
Travel: Limited travel when needed. Less than 20%
