The Membership Director makes incredible IMPACT in our business and community by enrolling new members into our program.

As a Membership Director, you will follow up with all new and existing prospects, inviting them to learn more about the program and ultimately join as new members.

This role requires someone who is very passionate about helping children and families! At KidStrong, we build strong and confident kids!

You must be organized and intrinsically motivated. You must be a self starter and high achiever!

This role will be Tuesday to Saturday, with two to three shifts in centre and two to three shifts at home. Saturdays will be in centre.

Two evenings per week (11-7 shifts) as well as a Saturday (9-5) are required.

We offer a base salary plus performance pay. Our program is unique and our community is very interested! As such, we have more prospects than we can currently follow up with!

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
