KidStrong is athletic play for kids ages 1-11 that uses certified coaches to help kids build the skills they need to become stronger and more confident. The Director of CRM, Lifecycle, and Marketing Technology will be responsible for shaping and executing KidStrong’s customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, lifecycle marketing initiatives, and leveraging marketing technology to drive engagement and growth. This leadership role will focus on optimizing customer journeys, enhancing lifecycle programs, and implementing technology solutions to achieve our business objectives. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. CRM Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and lead CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
    • Manage and optimize CRM platforms, ensuring effective use of data and seamless integration with other systems.
    • Drive CRM initiatives that personalize customer interactions and improve overall satisfaction.
  2. Lifecycle Marketing:
    • Design and implement lifecycle marketing programs to engage customers at different stages of their journey.
    • Develop automated campaigns that nurture leads, reduce churn, re-engage inactive customers, and maximize lifetime value.
    • Analyze lifecycle metrics to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Marketing Technology:
    • Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and management of marketing technology tools and platforms.
    • Ensure technology solutions are aligned with business goals and integrated effectively across marketing and CRM functions.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep KidStrong’s marketing efforts innovative and effective.
  4. Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Utilize analytics to track and measure the performance of CRM and lifecycle marketing activities.
    • Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven approaches to enhance customer experiences.
  5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to support program objectives.
  6. Budget and Resource Management:
    • Develop and oversee the budget for CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing technology initiatives.
    • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact and achieve strategic goals.

Requirements & Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing technology roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing technology platforms (e.g., email automation, customer data platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
