JOB SUMMARY:
The Membership Specialist is responsible for promoting the mission of KidStrong among its members and the greater community, to facilitate membership sales, member and guest experience, and overall satisfaction through continuous review and development of high quality services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
●  Partner with Center Director on center's needs, KPIs, inventory, and growth
●  Fields prospective member inquiries & referrals
●  Greet students as well as parent(s)/guardian(s) individually prior to and at beginning of class
●  Conducts tours for prospective members 
●  Networks with active members to make personal referrals and to assist with recruitment efforts
●  Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, our company messaging system, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers
●  Follows-up on member referrals, leads from staff, lists, community publications, etc. to source new member leads.
●  Process new member applications, make changes to existing memberships (i.e., holds, frequency, cancellations)
●  Coordinate & distribute KidStrong Starter Kits
●  Is present during center peak operating hours and events to assist in meeting and greeting members and guests
●  Effectively responds to member comments in accordance with club standards, policies and rules; uses ideas, feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members
●  Identifying members’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions 
●  Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
●  Check-in members at the beginning of each class

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
●  Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
●  Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and phone skills
●  Pleasant personality and able to work in fast paced environment when necessary
●  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
●  Sales experience and managing high volume calls preferred
●  Availability to work some nights and weekend shifts
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
