Brand Ambassador / Coach

As Brand Ambassador / Coach you will be a part of our presale outreach team and then go through the KidStrong training and development to become a certified KidStrong Coach. Once the center opens you will be a part of the coaching team that changes kids and families live through our programming.

Top performers will be considered for open full-time leadership roles. 

Brand Ambassador: 

·       Coordinate grass roots marketing initiatives and hyper-local events and activities 
·       Work with Managers to execute daily grass roots and local community initiatives 
·       Generate leads via referrals, cold calls, lead generation,
 territory outreach, telephone inquiries, sales follow up, etc
·       Support the coming location in driving new accounts and units through lead generation, accounts, and on-site enrollments
·       Travel locally as needed to generate new business
·       Provide marketing materials to new or current accounts or for outreach
·       Attend events as needed
·       Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads 

·       Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong corporate/L5 Be Brave team requests and client/lead requests

·       Oversee the sales process and systems. Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required; GloFox, Podium, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and Meta.

·       Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity 

Coach:

  • We are looking for coaches with a fitness, group exercise, athletic, or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15mo-8 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience. 
  • Learn and deliver kids specific programming to a group. 
  • On weekends we start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime. 
  • Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on studio needs. 
  • Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private class coaching hours.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
