The HQ Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting with potential members on behalf of our franchisees, driving membership growth across our network of KidStrong locations. The HQ Sales Specialist requires knowledge and skill in lead management, selling, and closing, and will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process.  This person must be extremely organized, be an excellent listener and be able to provide a strong explanation of KidStrong - prior experience in the franchising industry would be extremely helpful for this candidate. The HQ Specialist must also have a strong passion for fitness, kids and education!  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Outreach and Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and membership opportunities.
    • Utilize scripts and marketing materials provided to effectively communicate the benefits of KidStrong membership.
    • Build rapport and maintain relationships with leads to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead Management:
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their needs and interests in KidStrong programs.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to potential members about membership options, pricing, and program details.
    • Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Collaboration with Franchisees:
    • Act as a liaison between headquarters and KidStrong franchisees to align sales strategies and goals.
    • Provide regular updates on lead generation, conversion rates, and market insights to franchisees to support their local marketing efforts.
    • Support franchisees with training and resources related to sales techniques and best practices for membership growth.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using CRM software.
    • Track sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead response times, and member retention rates.
    • Prepare regular reports and analysis for management on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement

WHO YOU ARE: 
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and via text messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with children's programs.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
