WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?
At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches!

    • You can hold a toddler’s attention and  have a great conversation with their parent after class.
    • You know how to give clear instructions, feedback, and encouragement in age-appropriate ways.

    • You use confident body language, big smiles, and positive vibes all day long.
  • You show up like a professional — every single day
    • You leave drama and personal distractions at the door.

    • You take care of your own nutrition, movement, and mindset so you can lead by example.
    • You're able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 35 pounds in weight. 
  • You’re a team-first player with leadership instincts
    • You’re humble, coachable, and always looking for ways to grow.
    • You’re also confident and capable of stepping up and leading when needed.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, kid-centered environment
    • You can switch gears quickly and stay upbeat throughout a packed day of classes and interactions.
    • You understand that working with kids is never boring — and you love that.
  • You believe in building something bigger than yourself
    • You want to be part of a mission-driven team that’s creating a strong, healthy, empowered generation.
    • You take pride in every little win — because they lead to big outcomes.

However... This position is definitely NOT for you if...
  • You’re not comfortable being silly, animated, or energetic in front of kids and parents.
  • You think “coaching” just means running a drill or giving commands.
  • You get easily frustrated, overwhelmed, or impatient with children.
  • You’re late often, show up unprepared, or bring personal issues to work.
  • You're not ready for a physically demanding job or don't like fitness.
  • You don’t take feedback well or have a “my way or the highway” attitude.
  • You prefer to work alone and don’t thrive in a team environment.
  • You struggle with consistent communication or avoid hard conversations.
  • You’re just looking for a paycheck — not a purpose.
